Parish Mission

“The Three Great Loves: Love of God, Love of Neighbor, Love of Self” is a parish mission that
serves as a time apart to cultivate the love of God in the heart of the individual believer. The
goal of the mission is to strengthen the parish community in its experience of God’s love and to
help individuals learn to be more compassionate and forgiving, be grateful for their own lives
and thus follow more closely the way of Jesus Christ.

The Three Great Loves – Take some time to cultivate love in your life.  Based on the Great Commandment, “You shall love the Lord your God with all your heart, with all your soul, with all your mind, and with all your strength… You shall love your neighbor as yourself,” Fr. Frank Desiderio, CSP, uses a multi-media presentation to explore how we can receive God’s love and extend that love to others, including ourselves.

Join us at St. John Neumann Catholic Church on March 5, 6 and 7, 2018 at 6:30 PM for our parish mission.  Give yourself the gift of attending to God’s love for you.
