Faith Formation Program Assistant: 
St. John Neumann Catholic Church seeks a part-time Faith Formation Program Assistant.
Must have a strong work ethic, be positive and available to work some evenings and weekends.
Main responsibilities are: Assisting with Faith Formation office responsibilities, parent communication, catechist resources, student curriculum and sacramental preparation.
Requirements: Practicing Roman Catholic, faithful to Church teachings and bilingual in English and Spanish.

Spaghettios/Ravioli, Soups & Peanut butter.

Please place all donations in the bins in the Gathering Area.

Unlocking the Mystery of the Bible helps you get the “big picture” by showing how fourteen narrative books of the Bible tell the complete story from Adam and Eve to Christ and the Church. Unlocking the Mystery of the Bible will help you discover the story of salvation history and understand how you fit into God’s plan. Please note that all our volunteers must follow the Diocesan Requirements inregards to Safeguarding our Children and Vulnerable Adults.
These include:
  • A current background check which is valid for 5 years. (Please complete the background check using google chrome- if you try to complete in your phone it will not work. 
  • Attend at a VIRTUS (Protecting God’s Children) workshop; During this time of shelter in place, you may complete the online version of the workshop which can be accessed online at www.virtusonline.org.
  • In addition all volunteers must complete a volunteer profile and that you have read the Safe Environment Policies.
All of the above can be completed online at www.virtusonline.org.

- 15TH ANNUAL MARCH FOR LIFE CHARLOTTE JAN. 15, 2021
The day will begin with a Mass for the Unborn at 9 AM at St. Vincent de Paul Catholic Church at 6828 Old Reid Rd. Charlotte, NC  28210. At 11 AM we will start to gather at the parking lot across the street from the Diocese of Charlotte Pastoral Center at 1123 S. Church St. Charlotte, NC. At 12 PM we will march to Trade and Tryon where Fr. Noah Carter, Pastor of Holy Cross Catholic Church will preach. After the prolife testimonies we will pray the Most Holy Rosary and the Chaplet of Divine Mercy. - Catholic Charities Diocese of Charlotte is hosting Program of All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly (PACE), a Medicare not for profit, State option program. PACE serves participants 55 and older, by providing preventive and long-term care services for those requiring nursing home level of care. PACE provides flexibility in meeting a person’s health care needs while they continue to live safely in their home and or community. The number one goal of PACE is to empower their participants with the choice to live safely in the home they love.
