The Catholic Community of St. John Neumann in Charlotte, is seeking a Full-time Music Director to lead a vibrant and inclusive liturgical music ministry. The Director will oversee music for all parish liturgies—including weekends, Holy Days, sacramental celebrations, and seasonal services—while working closely with clergy and staff.

Responsibilities include planning music, directing choirs and ensembles (including children’s choir and cantors), managing and operating the parish sound system, serving on the Liturgy Commission, and providing music for weddings and funerals. This volunteer-supported ministry calls for strong leadership, musical excellence, and a welcoming, collaborative spirit.
